DataShare Connect - Selective Data Push

What is a Selective Data Push?

There are currently two DataShare Connect upload scopes, Full Data Push and Selective Data Push.

A Selective Data Push scope is scaled down with its main purpose to only take data required for a month-end reconciliation.

This means that the user performing the upload will be providing a reduced amount of accounting  information during the upload of their accounting data.

What data am I providing during a Selective Data Push?

The data extracted from the accounting package is limited to Accounts Receivables and Payables Ledger data as well as company meta data.

The extract and upload does not contain any data or information from the General Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit and Loss or Charter of Accounts.

Can I change what I upload?
