As an admin user, DataShare has the ability to create reports on client usage, invites, and uploads.
To view and create the reports, log into the portal, and 'Usage' report will be on the right side of the Dashboard (please see image below).
After selecting the 'Period Segmentation', 'Start Date', and 'End Date', click on 'Generate Report' to create the usage report.
The generated reports will create the number of uploads that were uploaded during that period and the number of invites sent to clients, as well as accepted client invitations.
The reports will also show detailed graphs on which accounting packages were used as well as the number of uploads and invitations.
To view the the generated 'Usage' reports in a spreadsheet, click on the download button above the reports on the right hand side (see image below).
This will automatically create the usage reports and display the information on a spreadsheet.
Below the spreadsheet, there will be 3 reports (Summary Report, Upload Report and User Report), where admin users may view the usage reports in detail.
