Above is an image of the 'Invalid Invitation' notification you will receive in situations where:
- You have received an email letting you know that your invitation has expired;
- You get an error message when clicking an invitation link saying that your invitation is invalid; or
- You have clicked the invitation link again after creating your DataShare account.
You should still be able to activate your account by using the password reset feature available on the login page:
If the above password reset fails please contact your relationship manager or your DataShare Portal Admin and have them re-send your DataShare invitation.
