Please check that the pre-requisites for launching the vClient application are in place as there are a number of reasons why this could happen. The most likely causes are:
- An Antivirus or Firewall is blocking the 'vClient' application from installing and running.
- The user performing the upload does not have permissions to install software on their machine. (DataShare Connect requires a temporary install)
- A compatible version of Microsoft .NET is not installed
- The internet browser is not launching the application - Try starting vClient outside of your browser as it may not be launching the application correctly. To do this you must first find the vclient file in your 'Downloads' folder and double click it to start installing DataShare Connect.
