To allow yourself or a colleague to upload data to an external engagement please follow the below steps.
1. Go to 'Admin' > 'Engagements'
2. Click the ellipsis on the right of the engagement you want to upload data for, and select 'Edit'
3. Expand the 'Contact Person' drop down list, select the person who will upload the data, and click 'Save'
4. The new 'Contact Person' will now be able to upload data by going to 'Portal' > 'Engagements' for this engagement.
Please note that the Contact Person will not receive a notification for this change.
5. The engagement will no longer show in the previous contact person's (the client's) engagement list.
