If you receive the error message below please check very carefully that you have the correct URL in the address bar of your internet browser.
The message is displayed when you have requested either a Client that does not exist or if you are trying to access the administrative control section of DataShare and have forgotten to include the “control” switch after the URL.
In the example below we purposely used an invalid client name (“thewrongurl”) to create the error.
If you are certain you have the correct address and the message persists please contact the DataShare Support team for further assistance.
