For each new upload performed by an SME the nominated Client Engagement Manager or Engagement Agent will receive an email notification informing them that the upload has been successful.
At any time you can check the date and type of the latest upload in the DataShare Admin Portal by viewing the full list of Engagements that your user role has access to.
On each Engagement you will see a summary of the Engagement team, the last upload date, and type of accounting package used for the upload in this Engagement.
It is possible that an SME can complete an upload but the data is not yet visible in DataShare View because it currently going through the data processing stage. Checking the date stamp on the Upload Date filed on the Engagement will help identify which data upload you are viewing.
