Downloading and running vclient.application within Firefox

When downloading files from the internet using Mozilla FireFox, you will be prompted by a new window asking you if you would like to 'Save File' or 'Cancel'.

For the purposes of uploading your data, select 'Save File' to download the file.

When the download completes, click vclient.application to launch DataShare Connect.

This will ask to confirm whether you want to open vclient.application. Click OK to launch DataShare Connect.

When you have finished uploading your data, DataShare Connect will automatically remove itself from your desktop.

(If you are using the scheduling feature, DataShare Connect will automatically close when the current upload completes but will remain installed on your desktop for use on the next scheduled upload.)
