Generating a Trial Balance Export Report

For Engagement software users, within the DataShare client portal expand the "Report Packs" section and click on "Generate Trial Balance Export Report"

Once selected, a drop down box to select the audit period will appear. After selecting your desired period, click on "Generate" 

 The generated Trial Balance Export Report will then be downloaded to your computer in a .zip file format and stored within your internet browsers default location for downloaded files. 

The .zip file contains an excel spreadsheet in a csv format for upload into Engagement. An example of the excel file can be seen below.
