You must first specify the SAJ Directory. This is the location where the company data is held on your workstation. Click the browse button.
A Windows file browser window will appear. Navigate to the required SAJ folder, highlight it and click Select Folder to choose this SAJ directory.
There may be many different SAJ folders on your workstation, ensure you select the correct one.
Next enter the User Name and Password for the chosen SAJ folder. This user name and password will be the same as the user name and password you use to login to Sage 50 Canada (Simply) unless your IT department has told you to use a different set of details.
The default User Name for Sage 50 Canada (Simply) set by Sage is "sysadmin" with no quotes and the password is normally set to blank (e.g. no password).

You can continue with other tasks whilst the extraction takes place. Do not close the DataShare Connect window or interrupt the extraction process.
When the upload completes the success message is presented.
Click Close to exit DataShare Connect. At this point there is nothing more to do. Your Engagement Manager or Client Manager will be notified by email that you have submitted a new upload.
