Within the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reports, you can add periods and variance based on the criteria you set. You can also drill into the reports from here. Click here for more information.
From the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reports, hovering between two periods will generate a Variance button at the top of the columns.
When clicking the button you will see a window where you can select which variances you want to show (if you are viewing more than 2 periods)
The variance to be calculated and displayed between the periods that are being compared.
