You can view your Engagements in the DataShare Portal Admin tab by clicking on the 'Engagements' button in the menu or by clicking the 'Manage Engagements' quicklink from the admin tab main dashboard.
Clicking on the "show details" bar will expand the Engagement to show all members of the Engagement team.
The details will include the 'SME and Contact Person', 'Team' and 'Scheduling' for the engagement and their user type within the system. You will also be able to see the last upload date and the accounting package used for the last upload.
To edit an engagement click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right hand corner then select 'Edit'
The Engagement team details will be displayed along with the scheduling details if you are using that option, amend the relevant information and click on the 'Save' button to save your changes.
