Creating the Internal Engagement
The process of adding an internal engagement (an engagement that you have access to the SME data and/or accounting package) is the same as Inviting a new external Engagement except that you do not need to enter the SME contact details.
To create an internal engagement, on the SME screen select the ‘I want to upload the data for this engagement myself’ option and your contact details will be populated into the contact fields.
The rest of the process follows the Inviting a new external Engagement.
