Within Datashare, the Manage Users function allows you to view a list of all users in your portal.
To find a specific user use the filters located at the top right of your page. These filters will allow you to search by a specific name, user role, or both.
To edit a user, simply click the 3 vertical dots to the right of the user and the select the 'Edit' option from the drop down that appears.
From here you will be able to view and edit the user’s name, telephone number and profile type (role). Once you have reviewed and edited all needed fields, click 'Save Changes'. If you exit the window without selecting Save Changes your updates WILL NOT be saved.
Please note that the email address cannot be edited as it is the unique username used to access DataShare.
